These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Academia Education (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling a student, booking lessons, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


Academia Education provides educational support services for students aged 3 to 18 years, including:

  • Pre-K and early learning programs
  • Primary school tutoring
  • High school tutoring
  • Senior secondary (HSC) support

Lessons may be delivered:

  • In person and/or online
  • As one-to-one or small group sessions

Enrolment is confirmed once:

  • Required enrolment information has been submitted, and
  • Payment arrangements have been agreed to or processed

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where enrolment information is incomplete or inaccurate.


Academia Education offers:

  • Membership rates (paid upfront per term or program)
  • Casual rates (paid weekly)
  • Membership fees are paid upfront via invoice
  • Casual sessions are paid weekly via direct debit

All fees are stated in Australian dollars (AUD).


  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
  • Credits are available only for membership rates, subject to the cancellation policy below.
  • Casual sessions are not credited but may not be charged if sufficient notice is given.

A minimum of 24 hours’ written notice is required for all cancellations.

  • Membership students:
    • Credit may be issued if sufficient notice is provided.
  • Casual students:
    • No charge applies if sufficient notice is provided.
  • No notice or late cancellations:
    • The lesson is forfeited and no credit or refund is provided.

Students are expected to attend sessions on time and prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time without compensation.


While Academia Education is committed to high-quality instruction:

  • We do not guarantee academic results, grades, or outcomes.
  • Student progress depends on factors including attendance, engagement, effort, and independent practice.

All materials provided by Academia Education, including but not limited to:

  • Lesson content
  • Text analyses
  • PDFs, booklets, worksheets, and assessments

remain the intellectual property of Academia Education.

These materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.


Academia Education communicates primarily via:

  • Email
  • Phone

It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure contact details remain current.


For students under 18:

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for student conduct, attendance, and supervision outside scheduled lesson times.
  • Online lessons require appropriate supervision where necessary.

Academia Education complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is collected, used, and stored.


We reserve the right to:

  • Update fees, services, or policies
  • Amend these Terms and Conditions

Updated terms will be published on our website and apply to future services.


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
